The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, improving, and optimizing the manufacturing process and systems within the Company. This role contributes to cost reduction, product quality improvement, and overall competitiveness in the market.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
Design and develop new manufacturing processes or modify existing practices to enhance productivity and quality
Optimize process workflows, layout, and equipment to maximize efficiency
Identify opportunities to reduce production costs through resource management
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and machinery to improve production
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices to enhance overall operations
Collaborate with various departments
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
Relevant work experience in Manufacturing Engineering or a related role
Experience in CAD & SolidWorks
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing
